Zheng Xiaoxu 鄭孝胥
In 1904, Zheng Xiaoxu 鄭孝胥(center) was titled the Fourth Grade Jingtang, and took a photo in Guangxi of the frontier guard general Ben Xuetang 弁学堂. Fourth Grade Jingtang was top official at a professional yamen, directly under the central government of the Qing court.
